AhlulBayt News Agency: Human rights institutions have strongly criticized the distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza by American companies, warning that it is part of a dangerous project by the Zionist regime to incite social unrest.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) emphasized the need for safely delivering aid to all Gaza residents via the UN.
Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, condemned the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a US- and Israel-backed entity, stating that it uses aid as a tool to humiliate Palestinians.
Albanese added, “Only a small amount of aid has reached Gaza, as there is an attempt to keep children hungry with US support. UNRWA’s services are crucial for Gazans, while Israel’s response remains noncompliant and continues to kill civilians.”
Simultaneously, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor (EMHRM) issued a statement, revealing that Israeli media reports confirm armed gangs in Gaza are obstructing aid distribution, looting supplies, and shooting civilians.
EMHRM declared, “Starvation is a war crime, and if it aims to exterminate Palestinians, it constitutes genocide. Netanyahu’s justification for arming these gangs contradicts international law.”
The organization further stressed that Israel has created a false company to manage aid, exploiting hunger as a tool for genocide, urging countries to break Gaza’s siege, disarm armed gangs, and ensure unrestricted aid delivery.
Netanyahu’s Role in Arming Groups in Southern Gaza
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted that his government is supplying weapons to certain groups in Gaza, claiming they are “opposed to Hamas”.
Israeli media reported that Netanyahu authorized arming a specific group in southern Gaza, sparking criticism from Israeli politicians who accuse him of endangering national security.
Yair Golan, leader of the Democrats in the Knesset, wrote on X, “Netanyahu is a threat to national security. Instead of negotiating, securing hostages, and protecting citizens, he has created a new time bomb.”
Hamas Warns of Criminal Groups Affiliated with Israel
The Islamic Resistance Movement of Palestine (Hamas) issued a statement condemning Netanyahu’s decision to arm specific individuals in Gaza, calling it a deliberate effort to destabilize the region and orchestrate starvation.
According to Al-Aqsa TV, Hamas stated, “This official confession confirms what has been evident for months—criminal groups affiliated with Israel are looting aid and worsening the humanitarian crisis.”
The statement further asserted, “The Israeli military does not stop at bombings and massacres; it actively directs robbery and starvation through these groups.”
Hamas warned that these gangs, operating under Israeli security control, are enemies of the Palestinian people and will face prosecution and severe punishment by resistance forces.
